THE GRAND HOTEL YORK
Conversion of a Grade II listed building to a 105 bedroom, five star
hotel with spa facilities. Full design of all mechanical, electrical and
public health services including enabling works to separate and
maintain sitting tenant services from hotel operation.
M&E Value: £2.5 million
clifton house
Re-development to create a landmark office and 270 room hotel/
retail development in the heart of London. The large domestic hot
water load for the hotel is satisfied by plate heat exchange units fed
from a thermal store. The thermal store is charged by a platform of
technologies including a combined heat and power unit.

GRAYS WHARF
250 bed new build student accommodation provided as
‘clusters’ and ‘studios’. Electric space heating and water heating
solution that achieves full building regulations compliance and on site
renewable energy obligation.

RIM BLACKBERRY
Conversion of Cat B office space to the strategic operations centre
for a worldwide communications brand. Data centre with dual
redundant UPS and generators, gas fire suppression. WAR room
with chilled water cooling to 24m2 video display and operator desks.

everyman leeds
This is the first Everyman Cinema constructed outside of London.
This unique cinema experience gives the cinema goer “quality,
comfort, sophistication—and above all entertainment”. The
M&E design on this complex and challenging scheme shows
our ability to adapt to building constraints.
