Established in February 1993, Martin Design Associates provides professional, high-quality services across all areas of building services design and management. Following ten successful years as a sole trader, MDA became a limited company in 2004 and has continued to build a strong reputation for combining innovation with proven technology. Alongside major developments, we undertake projects of every scale, from condition surveys and smaller M&E designs to comprehensive building services solutions. Our client-focused team offers competitive, flexible fee options and expert guidance on low-carbon technologies, energy efficiency and wider sustainability issues. For additional reassurance, we hold £10 million of professional indemnity insurance, together with comprehensive public liability cover.

GREAT ATTENTION

Great attention will always be paid to the initial design appraisal as experience shows that time spent getting the concept correct will produce a better engineered scheme in the longer term. We equally accept that “the devil is in the detail” and again we utilise our experience to highlight details and focus on their resolution before they become problems.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

While we have great experience across the full range of commercial projects, we have always had a particular interest in energy. This has come to the fore over the past few years and we use several software packages and our experience to develop cost and energy efficient solutions on all the projects in which we are involved.
