The re-development to a landmark office HQ and 270 room hotel/retail development in the heart of London. We are carrying out a full M&E design on this scheme which sits opposite the British Library.

The large domestic hot water load for the hotel will be satisified by plate heat exchange units fed from a thermal store. The thermal store will be charged by a platform of technologies including a combined heat and power unit.

This will be the first Everyman Cinema to be constructed outside of London. This unique cinema experience gives the cinema goer a “quality, comfort, sophistication and above all entertainment!”. Martin Design are overseeing all of the M&E design on this complex and challenging scheme which shows are ability to adapt to building constraints.
